About me

Kathy is a dedicated, full-time Associate Broker/Realtor helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals and exceed their expectations throughout Southeastern, PA. 

  

Kathy is passionate about keeping on top of education. She earned her license in 2013 and her Associate Broker’s License in 2019. She has been a member of the Leadership Council at her office in Collegeville since 2016. There she teaches classes, mentors new agents, and has been the recipient of countless awards for her achievements. She
has her Certified Negotiation Expert designation (CNE), amongst several other designations/certifications and she also serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Standard Forms Feedback Panel Committee where she contributes to the improvement of real estate documentation. 

  

Kathy is very accessible to her clients, keeping good and timely communication as a top priority, and maintains the highest level of education about all aspects of the real estate buying and selling processes. Whether it’s helping clients with downsizing, or upsizing, working with a tight budget, and/or working with a very specific “wants list,” she offers expert knowledge and advice, and can help formulate a very clear plan to achieve those goals. She has an expert eye for presenting a property in the best way possible and can even provide staging help to do so. 

  

In her personal life, Kathy is a dedicated mother, wife, and friend. She was raised in Harleysville and currently resides in Schwenksville with her husband James FitzGerald and 4 sons. Before Real Estate, Kathy worked as Registered Nurse in various capacities including the OR and Medical-Surgical floors at Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley Hospitals. She is passionate about personal growth. She enjoys reading, remodeling projects, board games, refinishing furniture and spending time outdoors. She is an active member of her community and church where she, together with her husband, lead a small group and provide financial coaching to the congregation.
